Best Bars in Galway

There are things to consider when choosing a bar such as selection of drinks and music. But how can you tell what bar provides the best services in specific areas?

Here are the criteria we used to answer that question:

Atmosphere – Bar atmospheres are a great way to attract customers because they create an inviting environment with delicious food and drinks.
Design – What adds to the atmosphere of the bar is its interior and exterior design. This gives off the specific environment that the bar wants to exude; be it leisure or for luxury.
Music – Music offers more than just enjoyment on the dance floor. A well-curated bar playlist, live music or a DJ can help elevate the customer’s overall bar experience.
Service – At any type of industry, quality service is always sought for. All the best bars have high quality service which becomes the magnet for more customers to visit.
Helpfulness – Their service should be helpful, especially to those who have a lot of questions or those who are first timers. Questions about the drink, suggestions, and others should be helpful to cater to the customer’s needs.
⮕Responsiveness – Customer service should also be highly responsive, not just to questions and requests, but also to promote the highest quality of customer services that the bar provides to its customers.
Beverage Choice and Quality –  Anything less than the highest quality of beverage can be drastic to the entire night out, that’s why it is important that the bar serves high quality beverages.
Value for Money – Because there are so many bars around, they often blend together. As a result, it’s crucial to deliver services at a high level while keeping rates competitive with those of similar local businesses.

Like no other
“Taaffes bar is like no other. Day and time are unimportant. I called in for soup and coffee (both really good) at 3pm on a Tuesday and it had more of an atmosphere than most pubs around the country would have on a Friday night. The staff are  friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to call again.” – Ed Moran, Google Review

Great service and friendly staff
“Great service, friendly staff and very professional. Best pint of Guinness I have had in a very long time and each pint is very consistent. It was a pleasure to see a proper bar person pull a pint as it should be pulled and then watch it settle before drinking it. Worth a visit just for the Guinness I will be back definitely.” – David Flynn
