As pet owners, we look for a hospital that doesn’t only take care of our pets but takes care of them when our pets need it the most. What we love about The Pet Hospital is that it strictly follows appointment time ensuring it focuses on treating one pet at a time.
We had a bit of a chat with a few patrons of the hospital to ask them about their experience. They said they loved how the hospital treats not only their pets, but them as well—always warm, but never crossing the line of professionalism.
It could get quite expensive though, but they also said investing in their pets’ health was always worth it. The veterinarians at The Pet Hospital were very good at their jobs, and they knew their pets were in good hands.

This is a small local practice who are very friendly and professional. Consultations are by appointment so you don’t have to wait in a crowded area with your pet being stressed by lots of other animals. Responds well to emergencies
We found our cat at 11 o clock on a Sunday night after he had been knocked down, he was in a lot of pain, we rang and he met us there and then, took him in for the week and now he is back to himself after the excellent care and love he received in the pet hospital. Another thing we love is that it’s also very organised. They follow appointments and protocols and have the correct files ready for their vets to refer to.

Very kind girls on reception, myself and my cat Spooky are always greeted well and they go out of their way to get your pet an appointment as soon as possible. Speaking of emergencies, Kiersey & Murphy is very strict with this. All the staff and the animal doctors treat emergencies with urgency and always prioritise them—just shows how competent all the staff are regardless of duties.
We also love the fact that the vets always provide several options for treatments. In fact you can tell them your budget, and they’ll recommend alternatives to make sure your pets will still get treated the best way.
The fees are reasonable as well even with all the modern equipment and competent animal doctors. We love that the hospital aims to really help animals and make sure their well-being and health are taken care of.
The hospital has a relaxing vibe as well, which makes animals relax instead of feel restless. It’s also clean and well-maintained, which ensures you of sanitation and hygiene.
Just a little warning from us—the hospital’s phone lines are always busy. Also, it might be hard to find a parking space, so we recommend booking an early appointment or at least going early so you can park without a hassle.
