As pet owners, we look for a hospital that doesn’t only take care of our pets but takes care of them when our pets need it the most. What we love about The Pet Hospital is that it strictly follows appointment time ensuring it focuses on treating one pet at a time.

We had a bit of a chat with a few patrons of the hospital to ask them about their experience. They said they loved how the hospital treats not only their pets, but them as well—always warm, but never crossing the line of professionalism.

It could get quite expensive though, but they also said investing in their pets’ health was always worth it. The veterinarians at The Pet Hospital were very good at their jobs, and they knew their pets were in good hands.

There’s one thing we noticed about the hospital that we think you’d like—it has a very peaceful vibe. Even the most restless animals will be able to relax a bit inside.

We also love that the hospital seems to strictly adhere to hygienic practices. It’s really spotless, and smells clean as well!

Lastly—we love that the staff remember all of the patients. To us, that’s good customer service because knowing who your animal patients are makes you sensitive to their needs.

The Pet Hospital is quite a small hospital though. But the good thing about it is that it has all the equipment and professionals our pets need for their well-being—and they respond quickly to emergencies!

Follows appointments strictly

This is a small local practice who are very friendly and professional. Consultations are by appointment so you don’t have to wait in a crowded area with your pet being stressed by lots of other animals. Responds well to emergencies

We found our cat at 11 o clock on a Sunday night after he had been knocked down, he was in a lot of pain, we rang and he met us there and then, took him in for the week and now he is back to himself after the excellent care and love he received in the pet hospital. If there’s one thing animal parents love about Pets R Vets is that the vets are very attentive to the needs of the animals. They’re very thorough when it comes to the animals, so you’re pretty sure that they’ll give the right diagnosis and treatment.

Another thing we love is that it’s also very organised. They follow appointments and protocols and have the correct files ready for their vets to refer to.

In fact, according to some fur parents, Pets R Vets always has the updated file of their pets, which makes things easier during consultations.

Speaking of consultations, Pets R Vets have some of the most competent vets in the city. They immediately know what the animal needs and are very compassionate and patient whenever they’re treating them. 

The hospital also uses updated equipment and tools. And what we love the most is that it’s also very clean, which says a lot about the sanitary practices of the vets, nurses, and staff.

The last thing we love about the hospital is its pre and postoperative care. Some pet parents mentioned that they received calls before and after the operation to make sure they knew what was going to happen. 

Just a heads up from us—sometimes the animal hospital closes for a day without prior notice even if you have an appointment. You might want to check a day before just to make sure it’s open before you visit.

What we love about City Vets the most, which some of its patrons agree with, is that the hospital is very accommodating. Despite having a full schedule, the staff will make sure to find an open spot for your pets because they know how valuable animal life is.

In fact, according to pet owners in the area, City Vets has the most patient and caring animal doctors. The vets know how to handle any type of pet, and they handle them with care and sensitivity.

Even the staff possess the same compassion as the vets. We love the fact that they know so much about animals so any pet parent who inquires immediately receives information. 

In addition to this, we love the atmosphere in City Vets. The hospital is clean and well-maintained, and you’ll be greeted by all staff warmly and show you where you need to go or what you need to do. 

Just a heads-up from us though—make sure you check the final bill because sometimes there are additional charges that you might not have noticed. The good thing though is that you can just inform the staff and they’ll immediately correct it.

Also, we recommend being a little patient with some staff who sell services and medications that pets don’t necessarily need. It’s harmless, but can also be quite bothersome.

Competent staff

Very kind girls on reception, myself and my cat Spooky are always greeted well and they go out of their way to get your pet an appointment as soon as possible. Animal hospitals are generally intimidating because we don’t usually go there just for a random reason. Viking Veterinary Clinic is one of those hospitals that has a relaxing vibe, making it an ideal place even for animals that get easily agitated.

Perhaps it’s because of the well-maintained facilities. We love that the hospital is clean and organised, and has a lovely interior.

The staff are also very welcoming—they always greet you with a warm smile and help you or direct you to where you need to go. They’re also always ready to assist if you have questions.

The vets know what they’re doing. According to pet parents who are regulars of the hospital, the vets are very compassionate towards their fur babies—they know how to handle them regardless of their conditions, which they appreciate a lot.

And lastly, we love that the hospital immediately accommodates emergencies. We love that the vets know their priorities and don’t hesitate to help those who need it the most.

Viking Veterinary can get a little busy though, so we advise booking an appointment in advance. You should also probably expect that it’s a little pricier than some hospitals, though the quality of service is worth the value of your money.

What we appreciate the most about Kiersey & Murphy is the dedication of its animal doctors. According to its regular patients, the vets always answer calls even outside of business hours, which they appreciate most especially during emergencies. 

Speaking of emergencies, Kiersey & Murphy is very strict with this. All the staff and the animal doctors treat emergencies with urgency and always prioritise them—just shows how competent all the staff are regardless of duties. 

We also love the fact that the vets always provide several options for treatments. In fact you can tell them your budget, and they’ll recommend alternatives to make sure your pets will still get treated the best way.

The fees are reasonable as well even with all the modern equipment and competent animal doctors. We love that the hospital aims to really help animals and make sure their well-being and health are taken care of.

The hospital has a relaxing vibe as well, which makes animals relax instead of feel restless. It’s also clean and well-maintained, which ensures you of sanitation and hygiene.

Just a little warning from us—the hospital’s phone lines are always busy. Also, it might be hard to find a parking space, so we recommend booking an early appointment or at least going early so you can park without a hassle.
