In case you can’t visit them at their clinic, they also offer face-to-face video treatment sessions. At the comforts of your home, their physiotherapist can give you a personalized treatment plan all through video call.
One of the drawbacks we noticed was their team is quite small. With only two physiotherapists, setting an appointment may be difficult if the clinic is fully booked.
However, they also operate long hours which give you the chance to book late night appointments if that’s what works best with your schedule.
Another great thing about their clinic is that their services are covered by health insurers such as VHI Healthcare, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health, and AVIVA.
Overall, Total Care Physio physiotherapists give you individualized treatments and the convenience of late night appointments or home video sessions.

Alex also sent all the exercises via email which was very useful. He is very knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Pain Relief clinic.” – Ryan Lee, Google Reviews

After first session I was able to have full night’s sleep which helped me return back to work, during next 2 sessions additional exercises I was given helped alleviate dull pain which allowed me to function properly again. Exercises given to you are easily accessible through website with instructional videos that you can rewatch if you need to. “Visited Paudie after having some knee trouble during my workouts, knee was very stiff and hurting during movement. The first thing Paudie did was talk through the injury in an easy to understand way, he explained what may be causing it and assured me it was preventable and could be worked on. After a full assessment he gave me some simple exercises to work on improve the knee, with a realistic workload and timeline. I have several visits over the weeks check in on progress and he was able to accommodate me on short notice after a setback. Knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent physical therapist
“I attended Dara due to very painful trapped nerves in my back. I hadn’t slept properly in days. I was nervous getting any treatment because I was in so much pain. She instantly put me at ease and talked me through what she would do to fix my problem. Between deep tissue massage and dry needling she had me sorted after one session. I slept like a baby for the first times in ages. I couldn’t recommend Dara enough, knowledgable, friendly and an excellent physical therapist.” – Polly K, Google Reviews

Veritas Physio is a pediatric physiotherapy clinic that offers comfortable and effective physiotherapy to children ages below 1 to 18 by their principal physiotherapist.
Even though they specialize in pediatric physiotherapy, Veritas Physio also caters to adults.
One of the things we like about their pediatric physiotherapy is that it’s flexible so each session varies in treatments, length, and frequency. This all depends on the comfort and mood of the patient.
Since all their treatments are done in a fun and enjoyable way, Veritas Physio is great for children that may have difficulty getting treated in a more traditional clinic environment.
Aside from children, Veritas Physio also caters to people with disabilities through their services and features of their clinic.
They offer a wide variety of physiotherapy treatments focused on neurological defects, congenital defects, and developmental delays. They also provide therapy focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Disorder, and posture defects.
Meanwhile, their adult physiotherapy sessions cater to post-surgery treatments, various pains, golfer elbow, and even runners knee.
Unfortunately, their website does not support online booking so you’ll have to contact them through their phone number or email to schedule an appointment.
They also don’t offer virtual consultations and sessions. This can be inconvenient if you can’t be at their clinic or if you’d prefer to have your physiotherapy done at home.
One of the things we liked was that their clinic offers free parking and has a large walking area for breaks in between sessions. Their area is PWD-accessible with spacious halls and an elevator.
They are also covered by major health insurances, namely: Laya Healthcare, VHI, and Aviva.
On top of being closed on Tuesdays and Sundays, another inconvenience we spotted was their short operating hours. This can make it tricky to schedule late-night appointments.
All in all, we think Veritas Physio is great for people with disabilities and children seeking physiotherapy in an inclusive and accessible clinic.
Pros
- Covered by major insurance companies
- Specializes in pediatric physiotherapy
- Offers physiotherapy for neurological and developmental conditions
- Free parking
- PWD accessible
- All ages welcome
