MyMind has a lot of branches across Dublin, and it makes it easier for people who live in different areas to seek help whenever they need to. We love that the locations of all branches are easily accessible so you won’t have a hard time looking for them.

Another thing we love, which some clients we’re lucky enough to chat with, is the upfront pricing. If you’re hesitating because you don’t know how much it’ll cost you, you can visit the website and find all the information you need.

There are several packages you can choose from. And we appreciate that the details are all listed down for you to evaluate which you think suits you best.

And the rates are reasonable as well. For individual sessions, the rates start at €60—you don’t need to spend too much for a professional to address your issues.

We also love the fact that the therapists can be available for you post-sessions whenever you need them. This encourages you to be more open, which is a good help when you’re doing therapies.

There are cases though wherein the therapist doesn’t go into the nitty gritty, which can be bothersome at times. However, MyMind easily addresses such problems so just let them know if the approaches aren’t working for you.

Also, we recommend booking in advance. It’s quite difficult to find an available slot in the clinic’s schedule.

  • Reasonable rates
  • Upfront pricing on the website
  • Therapists can be available post-sessions
  • Welcoming staff

When we asked the regular clients of The Healing House – Counselling, they all told us one thing: the atmosphere inside the place is so supportive it’ll help you even before the sessions. And that, to us, is a great thing—a calm place helps to have a calm mind.

And that’s what we need when we go to therapy, right? We need to be at peace within ourselves to willingly open up regarding our experiences, fears, and worries.

The place is quite far from the city centre though, so it might be a hassle for some who don’t like driving. However, even the vibe of the vicinity is perfect for a good counselling session.

Speaking of the sessions, we appreciate how organised The Healing House is. The counsellors really get to know their clients and put together a program that’ll work on them—and this is usually followed strictly to ensure effectiveness.

What we love about Hypnosis and Therapy Centre is that it offers a lot of online programs. If you don’t have time too much time to travel, then this is the best clinic for you.

It doesn’t mean you can’t attend a face-to-face session though. Some people prefer to open up in person because it feels more personal, and we love that Hypnosis has that option for people.

For the online sessions though, we think you’ll love the complimentary breakthrough session with a therapist. In less than 22 minutes, the roots of your problems will be determined, and then you’ll be given a program flow for your soon-to-be sessions.

The therapists at Hypnosis are very competent—they really know what they’re doing. Even if you’re availing the online sessions, they get through to you and help you change your mindsets in just a short period of time—just ask some of its clients!

Everyone’s supportive—from the staff to the counsellors themselves. Healing takes time, but with this type of support around you, the process might take shorter than expected.

Just a little warning that it sometimes gets difficult to book an online session. Also, if you go on-site without an appointment, you might have a hard time searching for parking.

Pros

  • Complimentary breakthrough session
  • Various online programs
  • Competent therapists
  • Has global clients
  • Supportive atmosphere

Cons

  • Sometimes it’s difficult to book online sessions
  • Difficult parking on site

Organised program

I would highly recommend speaking with Fiachra. He changed my perspective on a number of limiting thought processes. Everything from learning to understand anxiety, thinking positively and really looking at how you see and treat yourself. Before the course he said my mind would be blown – I was sceptical, but it really was. A great guy too! If you’re looking for a change – then this is a really good start.—Dave Morrissey, Google Reviews

Changes your perspective in a short period of time

Although I will probably never understand how hypnotherapy works, it does and I don’t need to understand. How I will feel in 6 months I have no idea but what I can say is my mindset is much more calmer with the destructive thoughts that have been haunting me very much in the distance and not able to intrude any more. That is all I asked for, no one can be happy all the time but everyone deserves to have peace of mind and Fiachra has given that to me—Jason, Google Reviews
