“I have used Speed Queen 3 times now in the past month, first time cat blankets were washed and dried with no issue, second time they didnt wash properly or dry at all so I complained and in fairness got a reply back from customer services really fast & they credited me €18 on the App which was really great. I went back down for a third time to do my cat blankets again using the €18 credit and they washed not a bother and also dried grand so I am happy about that, I did have an issue with using the app called customer services who rang me back within a minute or so and explained what to do so that again was really good customer service. The only negative I will say is that they have no phone coverage in the launderette itself so I had to stand halfway inside the door and halfway out to get it to connect to a machine, the customer services guy said he would point it out to the owners so that is something that needs to be addressed if they want people to use their app. But overall I am pleased and will use it again.”
