Helpful and Friendly Staff

This place is great If you are looking for a change in your workout routine or looking to get out of  the comfort zone, looking for a different gym experience. I joined Inspire fitness last month for 21 days kickstart challenge and I really enjoyed to the maximum. the staff are very friendly and helpful. I went there 4 to 5 times per week  and I never got bored because the exercises in each class varies. The instructors are excellent and the gym is well equipped and clean always. Alan Roycroft has always had a passion for fitness and through his services with AR Fitness Coach, wants to pass on the benefits of having an active lifestyle to a larger community.

We really like that he takes a personalized approach to his methods. He can provide guidance on a multitude of topics including mobility, strength and mental wellbeing.

Admittedly, compared to other personal trainers he does have more limited variety in terms of classes. But nonetheless, all of the ones he does offer are still excellent.

In his 1 to 1 classes category, he also has semi-private coaching and we like that this versatile option can be taken in your home or in the studio. He provides all of the equipment and he accommodates all fitness levels. 

On the other hand, if you’re looking for a more customized session, customers can also choose the personalized fitness programme. With this, workout routines are sent to you and weekly check-ins are conducted.

We also really appreciate that he has more group class options, perfect for those who are more motivated in social settings. Keep in mind however, that some of these classes are a little bit shorter than an hour.

Varies Workouts, Encouraging Attitude

DFC Galway’s selection of available offerings will surely satisfy anyone who’s looking for the complete experience. 

Their personal training studio is based at Galway Lawn Tennis Club and what we like about it is that it has enough space and equipment to accommodate a variety of exercises.

We really appreciate that they cater to a wide age range and skillset, whether it be an elderly individual or a weightlifting expert. 

This is all in thanks to their trainers who are very flexible and have experience in kettlebells, races as well as strength and conditioning.

What we were most impressed by is that each service they offer is very distinct and exhaustive. They offer very affordable personal training sessions which help individuals focus on and achieve their goals.

They also have a teenage fitness category which helps anyone in this age group with their athletic performance or simply overall fitness level. Take note, that this offering for beginners does require three sessions costing €100.

However, after that, drop in rates change to €10 or €35 which is an excellent price.

Aside from these, DFC Galway also uniquely offers a physical therapy service which can help individuals reduce chronic pain and normalize body posture. It’s a very complementary service that goes along well with the fitness programs.

Overall, DFC Galway offers a great set of services to choose from for a variety of people with different needs.

Sarah Thornton herself specializes in women’s fitness, with a substantial amount of experience in various categories including pre and post natal exercises as well as weight management.

We really like that she really makes it a point to connect with each person, allowing for better fit routines and goal management.

For those looking to take her expertise outside of the sessions, she also has some video routine resources available like an upper body strength workout. It allows new customers to get a peek at how she structures her routines. 

We would however like to point out that if you are planning to visit the studio, it is comparatively much smaller in size compared to other facilities. It also carries a much more limited range of equipment.

In terms of her one-on-one services, we really appreciate that she can cater to a variety of goals, even outside of women’s fitness. For example, under the “For Him” category, she can help with improving muscle strength and size.
