Culligan Consumers Products Ireland Ltd goes out of its way with its products. Some people have mentioned using their filters for years without problems. We think they really provide a good value for long-term investment.
Their customer service is also pretty good as they’re helpful and responsive.
Yes, their website’s chatbot doesn’t seem to impress anyone, but once you actually open a case or get through to the staff, they sort things out quickly.
We also appreciate that they don’t stop with fixing problems, but they also give useful tips. They remind people to clean the resin every six months so the system keeps working at its best.
When it comes to installation and maintenance, they have professional engineers if you want someone to handle it all.
For DIYs, they provide YouTube tutorials and clear instructions as well.
