When you enter the L’Occitane en Provence shop, we’re pretty sure there’s one thing that’ll stand out the most to you: it looks clean and smells clean. There’s no heady scents, but rather you’re surrounded by a fresh smell that lasts all day.
The smell of the shop means so much to us because it speaks of how the shop takes its cleanliness seriously. In addition to this, we also appreciate how well-organised the shop is so it’s easy to find what you need.
Speaking of the shop, the interior is quite small, but it has a wide range of skincare products you can choose from. There’s also a lot of staff around, so if you need it, just call for them and they’ll willingly attend to your issues or concerns.
We also think L’Occitane en Provence has decent customer service. It might have mishaps, but it knows how to take care of its customers.
For example, some of its customers noticed and told us that their ongoing promotions lacked the necessary information they needed to join. All they ever do is call the shop and they’ll willingly explain them to you.
Just a little warning though that the products are a little pricey. But we think they’re worth visiting for your skin haul given the effectiveness as vouched by its regular patrons.

Convincing customers to start a good skincare ritual is actually one of Rituals’ purposes for establishing its skincare shop in Ireland. This is the reason why it’s one of the most well-organised shops for people to easily see where the products are located.
Rituals has such a lovely and welcoming interior too—and it smells great. But unlike other stores where several scents overpower each other, the smell inside this store seems pretty well-balanced.
Another thing we love is the customer service—a staff is always ready to give information or recommendations. They don’t hover (which is really good) and allow you to browse through their lines, but they’re always there if you need help.
Another thing we love about Rituals is that it has almost everything—body scrubs, moisturisers, hand wash, scents, cleansers, toners, facial wash, and even hair products. It’s well-stocked too so it doesn’t usually run out of products.
We were also fortunate to talk to some customers who told us that the thing they loved most about the shop was testing the products. The in-store staff would guide you and would have towels ready after you’re done testing the products in the sink.
The only thing we think needs more improvement is the delivery service. Rituals has an online store that’s easy to navigate, but customers sometimes complain about delays in delivery.
Also we need to warn you that sometimes it opens later than advertised. You might need to wait longer if you arrive too early, which can be pretty inconvenient.

Lovely and relaxing interior
The place is beautiful. The scent coming from the shop is amazing. There is a great variety of products and each scent is special and wonderful. Shower gel, hand scrub, spray for the linen and laundry, body moisturiser, hand care products, shampoo and more. Daiana was our guide through the shop and she is so lovely, great customer service. I had the chance to try some products as they have a sink with some towels for the customers to try them. I was there for one body wash and ended up leaving with a bag full of Rituals products. Space NK is located in Grafton Street—a well-known shopping destination where a lot of well-known brands are located. We love that it’s easy to find so it’s impossible that you’ll miss it!
Before anything else, we want to emphasise that Space NK is a luxury skincare shop. It houses well-known cosmetics brands that are difficult to find in Europe such as Rare Beauty, Tatcha, Hourglass, and Kosas.
But it doesn’t mean you won’t find anything in the shop that can suit your budget. There are also affordable brands that you can choose from.
We think you’ll also love the gift sets! They’re packaged beautifully and they’re perfect for gifts if you’re looking for one.
Space NK has a nice ambience and layout. You can find everything where you’re supposed to find them, and just in case you can’t, the shop assistants are very helpful.
Speaking of shop assistants, we love how patient they are to customers. Not all customers know beauty products, and you can hear them kindly explaining what the products are for to customers—really amazing customer service!
Just one advice from us—make sure to come earlier than the closing time. Some customers told us that Space NK closes early on random days, and you don’t want your shopping to be rushed!
