Brought my husky there for her first grooming session. Was a bit nervous as she gets over excited around new people. The grooming service was excellent and kept her calm and the groomers were friendly. The manager recommended putting on the Seven branded dog food and she is mad for them now. Can’t recommend Katie more. My dog has suffered from back problems since he was injured at age 3. Every time he was groomed he’d end up in the vets on painkillers. Although only established back in May 2020, we were very impressed by Monika Petras’ background and list of qualifications. She has had some experience working with show dogs but is also a certified behaviorist.
Through her guidance and skill level, the shop has won numerous awards including Groomers Got Talent Belfast Best in Show and the Dog Grooming Service of the Year under the Prestige Awards.
We like that they’re very attentive and detailed when it comes to their grooming process. They first do a consultation to get your pet familiar with the environment and talk about the dog’s needs.
What’s probably most impressive about them is their expansive range of deluxe spa treatments. Examples of these include a Luxury iGroom Facial which provides both cleansing and moisturizing to the dog’s skin with gentle products.
They also have a Therapeutic De-Shed Mud Treatment which helps unclog hair follicles and prevent excessive shedding. If you’re on the lookout for a more unique grooming experience, we highly recommend checking out what they have in stock.

Bruno’s Waggly Tail Spa was set up more recently in October 2021. Aoife O’Grady named it after her dog and want their services to be both enjoyable and stress free for your pets.
What we really like about their service is Aoife’s attentive approach and the excellent customer service. Past customers like how she is able to calm down even nervous pets and appreciate that their booking process was easy and pleasant.
Especially if your pet gets anxious easily, we highly recommend speaking and consulting with Aoife as she can navigate through that.
Speaking as well of booking, customers will appreciate their extended working hours on Wednesday, until 7:00 PM. This makes it easy for owners who are working during regular hours to drop off their pup afterwards.
In terms of their grooming services, they have a pretty good range with different features. We like that they have a specific service only for nail trimming and ear cleaning, great for customers opting out of the usual bath and dry.
They also have a special occasions package, especially appropriate for dogs who are part of an event like a wedding.
This package helps ensure your dog is looking fresh and spiffy but keep in mind that you need to inform them of the date 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
All in all, Bruno’s Waggly Tail Spa offers an excellent service with some more unique and tailor fit treatment options.
