Assets Model Agency is one of Ireland’s leading agencies representing fashion and commercial models, digital influencers, and TV personalities.
They have what we think is a decently diverse range of models, including models who are mature, curvy, young, and models of different ethnicities.
We appreciate the range because it means they’re more open to accepting people who want to model but don’t fit the traditional mold: tall, thin, and lithe.
They also represent a fairly large range of social media influencers. This includes fitness influencers, fashion influencers, and even musicians.
This similarly means that they are likely to accept you no matter what type of influencer you are and what area you operate in.
Creatives like stylists, hairdressers, and photographers are also welcome in Assets Model Agency. We really love the different opportunities they open their doors for.
Another thing we like about an agency like this is the networking opportunities it can give. Being a part of their family will instantly give you connections to all these creatives and talents from different fields.
According to our surveys, interested models are expected to pay a fee of €40-50 to register with them for a photo shoot.
A lot of people don’t like this business model because a lot of other agencies don’t require it. Personally, we do find it a little outdated.

Morgan the Agency established itself in 1973, making it the longest running modeling agency in Ireland.
We’re impressed with its continued success, because this means that they have a lot of experience and knowledge in the field.
They provide models, photographers, fashion stylists, make-up and hair artists, actors, commercial talent and personalities.
They even provide production services to clients. We think this makes them a great agency to work with because they can provide everything you need without looking for external collaborators.
Unfortunately, to model with them you need to be a certain height: at least 5’8” for women and at least 6’ for men.
We understand that this is an industry standard for show models, but we would have liked a little diversity in a changing industry. Today, even runway models come in different shapes and sizes.
However, if you don’t fit the criteria, you can still apply as a commercial model, which isn’t as rigid in its demands.
A large majority of their models are also white, which might make it harder for you to be accepted if you are of a different race.
Since Ireland is an increasingly diversifying country, we expect to see a wider variety of people modeling soon.

Catwalk Model Agency specializes in marketing for fashion and bridal markets.
Their models do a variety of work, including fashion shows, PR, photographic shoots, promotional events, wedding fairs and television.
While they don’t have as many models as some of the other agencies on this list, they do represent a number of mature models and models of other ethnicities.
This is still a very small minority in their group, so if you are of a different race, we think this is something to consider if you want to sign with them.
They also have experience in fashion show production with teams for staging, lighting, AV, sound, DJ, MC, venue scouting, backstage management, booking of hair & makeup artists, backdrops & top models.
We like that this means that booking Catwalk Model Agency for shows would mean having everything you need taken care of. According to their site, they’re able to accommodate any budget, too.
They also have a Teen StyleCamp which coaches teenagers in grooming, etiquette, and styling. This includes courses on health, fitness, skincare, fashion styling, and self-esteem building.
We like this course for teenagers who might be interested in industries such as performance and modeling. They get to learn from professionals about how best to present themselves, and feel more confident in themselves as well.

Teen Boot Camp
My daughter Emily attended the Teen Boot Camp in August. She really got a lot out of it and for the first time ever she feels good about her height and I feel she has developed some confidence from it. They’re currently a small agency with only a few models represented. We think this might make it harder for some people to make connections in the industry.
It might also make it harder to get booked for larger castings such as fashion shows. Some shows might want to book models from a single agency.
Although they’re small, they do represent a diverse range of people. These include people from African, Asian, and Latin communities.
We think that people who are hesitant about their chances to model in Ireland have higher chances with Eloi Models. They also represent models who are shorter than the industry standard.
According to their website, they’re always scouting for new talent, so go ahead and apply.
We should also note that the website in question is very sleek-looking and user-friendly. Since this is an industry that very much cares about aesthetics, we think this should be taken into consideration.
